Who is responsible
This website, abeeryasir.com, is operated by Abeer Yasir for audiences in Sudan and internationally. For questions about personal information, or to make a privacy request, email abeer249@outlook.com. Please do not include passwords, payment-card numbers, or sensitive confidential material in contact messages.
Contact inquiries
The contact form asks for your name, email address and message, and may include your organisation, inquiry type and subject. We use those details to receive and respond to your inquiry and manage related editorial, media, collaboration or business correspondence. Messages are delivered by email. To display submission feedback, the site can temporarily store submitted form details for up to ten minutes; this temporary copy is removed when the feedback is read or expires. The site also uses a short-lived, salted identifier derived from the connecting IP address to reduce repeat submissions.
Store accounts and orders
If you create an account or use the store, WooCommerce processes the details needed for that activity, such as your account email and securely hashed password, basket contents, order details, and any billing or delivery details requested at checkout. We use these to provide account access, process and fulfil orders, handle support and refunds, and maintain necessary business records. A payment service selected at checkout may separately process the payment information it requests; check the provider information shown during payment. Do not send payment details through the contact form.
Cookies and technical services
WordPress uses cookies for authenticated sessions and related preferences. WooCommerce may use cart/session cookies and order-attribution cookies to associate a purchase with its source. Browser settings can block or remove cookies; doing so can prevent account, cart or checkout features from working. The site is hosted and delivered through Hostinger and its CDN. Hosting, security and email systems may process connection details, including IP addresses, request details and security logs.
Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives connection information when your browser requests them. A Hostinger Reach embedding script also loads on this site; Reach may process technical visit information and details you enter into a Reach subscription form. A contact inquiry is not itself a newsletter subscription. If you subscribe separately, use the unsubscribe control in the relevant email to withdraw from that mailing list. External publication and social links lead to services with their own privacy practices.
First-party error reporting
The site records limited diagnostic counters in its own WordPress database to help detect JavaScript errors, failed resources, reported checkout errors, mail failures and certain server errors. Reports contain an error category, broad site section, language, component category, code line/column where available, counts and times. The reporter does not collect message text, stack traces, form contents, passwords, full page URLs, cookies or raw IP addresses. A salted IP-derived throttle identifier can be held for up to one minute to limit report abuse. No new external error-tracking service receives these reports. Limited technical error summaries may also be emailed to the site administrator through the existing email service. Reports expire after seven days and storage is limited to 100 groups; hosting backups may retain earlier copies under the hosting backup cycle.
Access, sharing and international processing
Abeer and authorised site administrators can access information needed to operate and support this site. Hosting, email, commerce and other service providers process information relevant to their services. This can involve processing outside your country, including where a provider operates its infrastructure. Information may also need to be retained or disclosed to meet applicable legal requirements or protect legal rights. The services actually used and the information you choose to provide determine the processing involved.
Retention and privacy choices
Correspondence and account/order records are kept while needed to handle the request or service and related accounting, dispute or legal obligations. Retention depends on the record and those obligations; the ten-minute form-feedback window does not delete messages already delivered to an inbox. You can ask us what information we hold about you and request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or withdrawal of consent where applicable. We may need proportionate information to verify a request and may need to keep records required by law. Privacy rights and available complaint routes depend on the laws that apply to you, including relevant US state or UAE rules. Contact the email above with your request; do not send identity documents unless specifically needed and agreed through an appropriate channel.
Security and updates
We use HTTPS and access controls, but no internet transmission or storage method is risk-free. This notice describes this site’s practices and will be updated when those practices change. Check the effective date above.

استفسارات التواصل
يطلب نموذج التواصل الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني والرسالة، وقد يتضمن المؤسسة ونوع الاستفسار والموضوع. نستخدم هذه البيانات لاستلام استفسارك والرد عليه وإدارة المراسلات التحريرية والإعلامية والتعاونية والتجارية ذات الصلة. تُسلَّم الرسائل عبر البريد الإلكتروني. ولعرض نتيجة الإرسال، قد يحتفظ الموقع مؤقتًا ببيانات النموذج لمدة تصل إلى عشر دقائق؛ وتُزال النسخة المؤقتة عند قراءة النتيجة أو انتهاء مدتها. ويستخدم الموقع أيضًا معرّفًا مؤقتًا مشتقًا من عنوان الاتصال باستخدام تجزئة ومفتاح سري للحد من تكرار الإرسال.
حسابات المتجر والطلبات
عند إنشاء حساب أو استخدام المتجر، يعالج WooCommerce البيانات اللازمة لذلك، مثل بريد الحساب وكلمة المرور المخزنة بصيغة تجزئة آمنة ومحتويات السلة وتفاصيل الطلب وأي بيانات فوترة أو توصيل تُطلب عند إتمام الشراء. نستخدمها لتوفير الحساب ومعالجة الطلبات وتنفيذها والدعم والاسترداد والاحتفاظ بالسجلات التجارية اللازمة. وقد يعالج مزوّد الدفع الذي تختاره بيانات الدفع التي يطلبها بصورة مستقلة؛ راجع معلومات المزوّد المعروضة أثناء الدفع. لا تُرسل بيانات الدفع عبر نموذج التواصل.
ملفات الارتباط والخدمات التقنية
يستخدم WordPress ملفات ارتباط لجلسات تسجيل الدخول والتفضيلات المرتبطة بها. وقد يستخدم WooCommerce ملفات ارتباط للسلة والجلسة ونسبة مصدر الطلب. يمكنك حظر هذه الملفات أو حذفها عبر المتصفح، لكن ذلك قد يعطّل وظائف الحساب أو السلة أو إتمام الشراء. تُقدَّم الاستضافة وتوصيل المحتوى عبر Hostinger وشبكة CDN التابعة له. وقد تعالج أنظمة الاستضافة والأمان والبريد بيانات الاتصال، ومنها عناوين IP وتفاصيل الطلبات وسجلات الأمان.
تُحمَّل الخطوط من Google Fonts، التي تتلقى بيانات الاتصال عند طلب الخطوط. ويُحمَّل أيضًا برنامج تضمين من Hostinger Reach، وقد يعالج بيانات تقنية عن الزيارة والبيانات التي تدخلها في نموذج اشتراك تابع له. إرسال استفسار تواصل لا يشكّل بحد ذاته اشتراكًا في نشرة بريدية. وإذا اشتركت بصورة منفصلة، يمكنك الانسحاب عبر رابط إلغاء الاشتراك في الرسالة المعنية. وتخضع روابط النشر الخارجي والتواصل الاجتماعي لممارسات خصوصية الجهات المرتبطة بها.
رصد الأخطاء داخل الموقع
يسجل الموقع عدّادات تشخيصية محدودة داخل قاعدة بيانات WordPress الخاصة به للمساعدة في اكتشاف أخطاء JavaScript وتعذّر تحميل الموارد وأخطاء الشراء المبلّغ عنها وإخفاق البريد وبعض أخطاء الخادم. تتضمن التقارير نوع الخطأ والقسم العام واللغة وفئة المكوّن ورقم السطر والعمود إن توفرا والأعداد والأوقات. ولا يجمع هذا الرصد نصوص رسائل الخطأ أو تتبّع الاستدعاءات أو محتويات النماذج أو كلمات المرور أو عناوين الصفحات الكاملة أو ملفات الارتباط أو عناوين IP الخام. وقد يُحتفظ بمعرّف مشتق من عنوان IP بتجزئة ومفتاح سري لمدة تصل إلى دقيقة واحدة للحد من إساءة الاستخدام. لا تتلقى خدمة خارجية جديدة لرصد الأخطاء هذه التقارير. وقد تُرسل أيضًا ملخصات تقنية محدودة للأخطاء إلى مدير الموقع عبر خدمة البريد الحالية. تنتهي صلاحية التقارير بعد سبعة أيام، ويقتصر التخزين على مئة مجموعة؛ وقد تبقى نسخ أقدم ضمن دورة النسخ الاحتياطي لدى الاستضافة.
الوصول والمشاركة والمعالجة الدولية
يمكن لعبير ولمديري الموقع المخوّلين الوصول إلى المعلومات اللازمة لتشغيل الموقع ودعمه. ويعالج مزوّدو الاستضافة والبريد والتجارة والخدمات الأخرى المعلومات المرتبطة بخدماتهم. وقد تتم المعالجة خارج بلدك بحسب مواقع البنية التحتية للمزوّد. وقد يلزم الاحتفاظ بالمعلومات أو الإفصاح عنها للامتثال للمتطلبات القانونية السارية أو لحماية الحقوق القانونية. وتتحدد المعالجة بحسب الخدمات المستخدمة فعليًا والمعلومات التي تختار تقديمها.
الاحتفاظ والخيارات المتعلقة بالخصوصية
تُحتفظ بالمراسلات وسجلات الحساب والطلبات طوال الحاجة إليها لإدارة الطلب أو الخدمة والالتزامات المحاسبية أو النزاعات أو الالتزامات القانونية ذات الصلة. تختلف المدة بحسب نوع السجل وتلك الالتزامات؛ وانتهاء فترة عرض نتيجة النموذج البالغة عشر دقائق لا يحذف الرسائل التي وصلت إلى البريد. يمكنك الاستفسار عما نحتفظ به من بياناتك وطلب الوصول أو التصحيح أو الحذف أو تقييد المعالجة أو سحب الموافقة حيثما ينطبق ذلك. وقد نحتاج إلى معلومات متناسبة للتحقق من الطلب أو للاحتفاظ بسجلات يفرضها القانون. تعتمد حقوق الخصوصية ومسارات الشكاوى على القوانين السارية، ومنها القواعد ذات الصلة في الولايات الأمريكية أو الإمارات. أرسل طلبك إلى البريد أعلاه، ولا تُرسل وثائق هوية إلا عند الحاجة إليها والاتفاق على قناة مناسبة.
